Module 6: Balancing Your Energy Centers With Toning, Tuning & Intention (January 26)

Our bodies are like beautiful musical instruments. When properly tuned, we create effortlessly and harmonize with others.

If one of the strings on a guitar is even slightly out of tune, it affects the overall sound or vibration of the whole instrument.

Your body behaves in a similar way. Your main energy centers, or chakras, are like the strings of the guitar. Each chakra vibrates at a different frequency and, if one chakra is out of tune, like the guitar, your whole being is compromised, and energy blockages may occur. These blockages can cause disharmony and may manifest as dis-ease in your physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual body.

In this module, you’ll attune your energy centers using intention and a potent guided process to reconnect you with your power, passion, and purpose.
